  I just went there a few minutes ago to get some food for me and my two children. The first person taking my order was a female and somehow a male took over and started taking the order, he was very rude and he was yelling the questions, my daughter who is 10 years old was seating next to me and got really scared and asked me why the guy was yelling at us. I asked the man why was he yelling the questions to us? He yelled "I'm not yelling at you"! . I told him I didn't want him taking my order, then someone else finished taking the order.
  When I got the the window I asked them for the name of the person that was yelling at me. The guy taking the payment said I don't know who he is, I said I need to talk to a manager, he said I am the manager (well I recognized his voice and I knew he was the one yelling)
  I asked his name and he said Kevin. He said he didn't know who was the person. And he closed the window on my face.
  I was just ordering 2 kids meal and a regular meal for me. We got home and one of the kids meal was missing the milk, my daughter meal was missing the dipping sauce.
  I got up at 6 am today, I was in meetings all day, I picked my kids up around 9pm, and we just needed to have a nice dinner. We live in Vineyard so it is convenient to just stop there and get some food, but now I regret that decision. It was the worse experience, it was a complete didisaster.
  I would never visit this place again. If I could just rate it 0 I would. Very disappointed.
